We offer a 90 day warranty on all parts and labor. We make every effort to work with our customers and make sure you are happy. Probes will be replaced if there is a manufacturers defect. If they are burned or severed by the user, you will need to purchase another set of probes in our accessoies section of the website.

Bought Stumps Elite 6 with DigiQ 2 before Thanksgiving. it has worked perfectly until this past weekend. Fired up the pit and turned on the DigiQ it read 170! Did troubleshooting but no luck. It did turn the fan on & off but it was nowhere close to the tempature. It would also jump 15-30 degrees in a second. Please help. Competition cook first weekend in April.

My DigiQ is broken too. I called a few days ago, but no call back yet. Are they out of town?

I don't work for them, so would not know. Try calling again. I know they have always taken care of me and plenty of others. Give them a chance and I am sure you will be taken care of too.
