I am doing a boneless leg of lamb for Sunday Easter brunch. I am cooking it on my Primo XL at 275 indirect heat. I will be using my Digi Q for the cook while the family and I are at church. Should I use the Ramp mode so not to over cook. Also does anyone have an idea of how many minutes a pound should I figure at 275. I would like to not overcook the meat, finish it to early or finish it to late. Please help. I have tried finding recipes and times on the internet with no luck.
